I had great food & service at the Jack N the Box on Fourth Plain Rd, Vancouver, WA.
I ordered the southwest grilled salad, and they gave me it but replaced the greens with thick, barely chopped lettuce. They didn’t let me know about the change of ingredients. If not, I wouldn’t have ordered it at store #590 in San Jose. I’ve always had good experiences in this drive through till today.

I want to compliment the managers and staff at Store # 5318. The store in the last three months has been top notch. It is always clean, and there are special touches of artificial plants. It is always clean and never looks run down. The staff behind the counter always laughs and has a great time with a hectic take-out window. I applaud them for their attention to detail.
